The treatment of recessions in the esthetic zone is always a surgical challenge. The use of Coronally Advanced Flap in combination with the de-epithelialized FGG is the first therapeutic choice, since the predictability of the esthetic outcome is accompanied with the minimal surgical trauma compared with other techniques.
Root modification with EDTA 24% and use of amelogenins is always an option.
